The time for order delivery is divided as follow:
Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post within 1-2 business day after the order is placed and payment is received.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Changes Request
As most of our orders start being processed within the same day, we may not be able to cancel or correct shipping information once your order has been placed. Returned parcels due to incorrect information will be charged for new shipping.

14 days return: Simply return the item in original condition within 14 days from the delivery date.
