As an Australian-based company, our mission is to support new mums and elder people in building and maintaining their physical and mental health. We are committed to provide quality products to help you achieve your goals.

Our main warehouse is located in Sydney, as well as our office, from where our passionate team works every day to provide the best services. We are currently open for orders from all over Australia and New Zealand, as we work to expand and help people from different countries.

Shipping and Delivery
Due to high demand, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.

Packages are typically received 4-15 working days after order processing to receive your package.

Sometimes around holidays and bad weather, and during covid-19 delays may occur, but we will do our best to get it to you as quick as possible.

Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated in the system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order. 

Warranty
We offer 180 days warranty. We may require you to email us a photo/video of the faulty products. We will try to solve the issue with you, but if we cannot fix it for you - we will send a replacement.
